Reception Deadline: Monday, December 8, 13:00
After the sessions on December 16, light refreshments and drinks will be provided at the venue until around 19:00. The fee will be about 500 JPY for students and 1000 JPY for others. closed -
General Registration (without presentation or travel support)
Deadline: Thursday, December 11, 13:00 closed

Registration is closed. For inquiries, please contact alma-inquiry-at-ml.nao.ac.jp.
- There is no cafeteria at NAOJ Mitaka campus. For those who wish, boxed lunches are available at your own cost, delivered by Oryori Musashino. You may choose from two types: Yuri Lunch (570 JPY) or Sakura Lunch (630 JPY). Please see the lunch images. (PDF, sorry only in Japanese). Now the menu in December is available for Yuri lunch and Sakura lunch (PDF, sorry only in Japanese). Please note that we are unable to accommodate vegetarian or allergy-specific requests.
- Payment will be collected in cash at the registration desk.
- Here is a brief introduction to the main items on the menu. Each bento also comes with small side dishes.
Yuri Bento (570 JPY)
- 15th: Hamburger steak, spinach omelet, mini vegetable croquette
- 16th: Chicken cutlet, grilled salted Atka mackerel (hokke)
- 17th: Fried horse mackerel (aji fry), grilled pork loin with miso sauce
- 15th: Shrimp cutlet, tandoori chicken
- 16th: Chicken tsukune, squid mince cutlet (ika menchi)
- 17th: Miso-simmered mackerel (saba miso-ni), crab shumai
- Changes are accepted until Thursday, December 11, 13:00. After this deadline, cancellations are not possible.
