Security Cards (for Building Access)

A security card for building access on the Mitaka Campus will be prepared for each registered participant, except NAOJ staff members.

• Please pick up your security card at the guard station immediately inside the main gate.
• When picking up the card, please state your name and the purpose of your visit (attending workshop), and present a valid form of identification, such as a driver's license, staff ID, or student ID.
• Please keep the security card with you throughout the workshop.
• When leaving the observatory, please return the card to the guard station.

A reception desk will be set up in front of the Subaru Large Seminar Room. Please check in there to receive your name badge.

Conference Dinner

Participants who have registered for the banquet are asked to pay the conference dinnfer fee at the reception desk. The fee is 2,000 yen for students and 4,000 yen for all other participants. Payment must be made in cash.
