Please note that the travel support budget is limited. If we receive a large number of requests, priority may be given to students and early-career researchers. We appreciate your understanding.

Information for Participants
For on-site participants
1. Security card
A security card for access to buildings on the Mitaka Campus will be prepared for you.
Please pick it up at the guardhouse located just inside the back gate.
When receiving the card, please provide your name and purpose of visit, and present a valid ID
(e.g., driver’s license, staff ID, or student ID).
Please return the card to the guardhouse when you leave the campus.
2. Venue and registration
The meeting will be held in the Large Seminar Room on the 1st floor of the Subaru Building.
Registration will be available at the entrance. Please check your name and pick up your name badge.
The room will open at around 9:15.
3. Travel support
If you have applied for travel support, please submit the required documents (and ticket stubs if applicable) at the registration desk.
4. Lunch
Currently, there is no cafeteria available on the Mitaka Campus.
Please bring your own lunch if needed.
A food truck (Hyvaa) will be available at the campus rotary from 11:30 to 13:30,
offering items such as taco rice and gapao rice.
