In March 2024, a Kavli-IAU Workshop on Global Coordination, titled "Probing the Universe from far-infrared to millimeter wavelengths: future facilities and their synergies" was held. More than 70 researchers from 16 countries participated and had intense discussions aiming at defining the needs and potential synergies for different facilities at wavelengths from ~30μm to a few cm beyond 2030s. The discussions are summarized into several recommendations and reported to IAU. I will briefly report the workshop, and introduce the recommendations especially related to ALMA.
