*How to change a halogen lamp [#sc23f987]
+Find 10 pack cardboard box in observation room or the red 40ft stock container. Take a new bulb from the box.
+Go to the power switch panel in the room under the lamp and turn OFF a switch which is labelled "Light outside".
+Use a ladder to reach the lamp, replace the bulb. 
+Switch back ON and check if the light turns ON.
