2. Send a scanned copy to Carlos@Komatsu(Cc: Luis, Marco) AS SOON AS you arrive at SPdA office.
3. Upload it here.
4. File the original documents to genset record file.
5. Upload the photos of test in the fridge and record OK/NG below.
