2. Set Aspirin BLUE

   asteobs@aste-1c: /cosmos3/naoj/bin/windsw on
   Aspirin correction for wind is ON  <- confirm this message
   
   Aspirin status : ** WIND ON ** ( C22:on  C6:OFF WIND:on ) <- also confirm aspirin status with asp-mon

3. Run autop
