ASTE office shutdown procedure
00. 現状の写真撮影
特に計算機、通信機器
00) take photos of the current status
At least the computers and the network equipments.
01. COSMOS3 を停止
aste-ax1: ssh aste-at3 aste-at3: /home/cosmos3/aste/nro/sbin/cos3_cntl stop
01) stop COSMOS3 software
aste-ax1> ssh aste-at3 aste-at3> /home/cosmos3/aste/nro/sbin/cos3_cntl stop
%%% 現在 at1は電源入っていないので必要なし 02. aste-at1 の shutdown
su halt >shutdown OK? (y/n/r) >y 前面の power SW 長押しで OFF ## 2009/12/26 時点で見られた症状 ## at1 は at3 の disk_c を mount している ## aste-at1 [数字] sendmail My unqualified host name (aste-at1) unknown; sleeping for retry ## など永遠に繰り返して止まらない ## power SW を何回か押してみたら落ちた

02) shutdown aste-at1
(aste-at1 is not ON now. skip this procedure) aste-at1> su halt >shutdown OK? (y/n/r) >y turn off aste-at1 by holding the power SW @frontside for a few seconds
03. aste-at3 の shutdown (aste-1x, terminal server を経由)
aste-ax1> ssh aste-ats -lasteobs
1 を入力して aste-at3を選択。 Enter キーを一回押すとコンソールログインのメッセージが出る。 haltアカウントでログインするとシャットダウン開始する。 >shutdown OK? (y/n/r) >y
ok>のプロンプトになったら背面の power SW OFF #ディスプレイは観測用ディスプレイの並びの一番左のやつ。 #aste-ax1と共用なので切り替えボタンを押して使用すること。 #aste-at3のキーボードは防塵箱の中
03) shutdown aste-at3 (via aste-1x, terminal server)
aste-ax1> ssh aste-ats -lasteobs
type "1" and select aste-at3. press ENTER key once and console login message will appear. login as "halt" >shutdown OK? (y/n/r) >y
wait till you find aste-at3 prompt saying
"ok>"
then turn a power SW off (@backside of aste-at3)
(when starting aste-at3, press "S" on the lef LCD of aste-ax1,
then type "boot"(keyboard is in the dust tight box)

04) shutdown aste-atz
(aste-atz is not ON now. skip this procedure) aste-atz> su halt (there is no power switch)
05. aste-ax3 shutdown(aste-ax1 からリモート)
su halt # system haltedというメッセージで止まった場合は、その状態で電源長押しでoffする 背面のpower SWをOFF

aste-ax1> ssh aste-ax3 aste-ax3> su halt # if you find a message "system halted" # just turn off aste-ax3 by holding the power SW @frontside for a few seconds
turn a power SW off (@backside of aste-ax3)
06. aste-ax2 shutdown(aste-ax1 からリモート)
su halt # system haltedというメッセージで止まった場合は、 # その状態で電源長押しでoffする 背面のpower SWをOFF
06) shutdown aste-ax2
aste-ax1> ssh aste-ax2 aste-ax2> su halt # if you find a message "system halted" # just turn off aste-ax2 by holding the power SW @frontside for a few seconds
turn a power SW off (@backside of aste-ax2)
07. aste-ax1 をコンソールから shutdown
su halt # system haltedというメッセージで止まった場合は、 # その状態で電源長押しでoffして下さい 背面のpower SWをOFF

aste-ax1> su halt # if you find a message "system halted" # just turn off aste-ax2 by holding the power SW @frontside for a few seconds
turn a power SW off (@backside of aste-ax1)
08. winPC(DELL 1台)を shutdown
power SWはない ## 古い白いwinPCは電源が入っていないはず

09. LCD OFF(6個)

10. HDD@防塵箱内の OFF
aste-ax2 CTS RAID x1 (SWの位置は、上部と中央ちょっと下) aste-at3 CTS HDD x2 (背面にpower SW) aste-at1 DAT x1 (maybe not ON)
10) switch off HDDs in box
aste-ax2 CTS RAID x1 (2 power switches on the back, 1 at top, 1 at middle aste-at3 CTS HDD x2 (1 power switch on the backside) aste-at1 DAT x1 (maybe not ON)
11. fax OFF
fax本体側面下側の power SW を OFF UPS(Ablerex) OFF

12. printer OFF
側面後ろ側の蓋を開けて power SW を OFF 少し時間がかかるので待つ

open a cover at the backside, switch OFF have to wait for a few second
13. network 機器を落とす
- router (AR550S, AR450S) SW OFF
# - 衛星通信機器(TELEFONICA) UPS SW OFF -> もはや使っていないはず
- 扇風機 OFF(コンセント抜く)
==> 使われていないようだ
13) switch OFF network equipments
- router (AR550S, AR450S) SW OFF # - satellite communications UPS SW OFF -> no more used
14. UPSを落とす
- astronorte の UPS(KEBO UPS-500CL) は落とさないこと!! - 計算機用のUPS(APC 3個) SW OFF - エアコン下のUPS-1 SW: 前面 SW OFF - エアコン下のUPS-2 SW: 前面 SW OFF - エアコン下のUPS-3 SW: 前面 SW OFF - エアコン下のUPS-1 SW: 背面 SW 2個 OFF - エアコン下のUPS-2 SW: 背面 SW 2個 OFF - エアコン下のUPS-3 SW: 背面 SW 2個 OFF - エアコン付近の壁ブレーカー(UPS1,2,3, generar)を落とす
14) turn off UPSs
- DO NOT switch off astronorte UPS(KEBO UPS-500CL) (below aste-ax1) - UPS(3, APC) (below aste-ax1, below aste-atz, below aste-ax3) SW OFF - UPS-1 SW below air conditioner: front SW OFF - UPS-2 SW below air conditioner: front SW OFF - UPS-3 SW below air conditioner: front SW OFF - UPS-1 SW below air conditioner: 2 back SW OFF - UPS-2 SW below air conditioner: 2 back SW OFF - UPS-3 SW below air conditioner: 2 back SW OFF - switch off breakers on the wall (UPS1,2,3, generar)
15. 壁ブレーカー(プリンタ側の角) で必要なものだけ OFF
(天井の蛍光灯は大本のブレーカーなのでシャットダウン後も使える)
T: トランス=100V系 -> OFF
AC: エアコン -> 最後にOFF
B1-B4: 壁 200Vコンセント
B1: 予備？ -> OFF
B2: fax(UPS) -> OFF
B3: -> OFF
B3-a: 電気と非常灯
B3-b: 電灯(黒いスタンド)と電気のための延長(Kobalt)
B4: astronorte -> 切ってはいけない!!
B5: astronorte -> 切ってはいけない!!
G: generar(大本) -> 切ってはいけない!!
15) switch off circuit breakers (behind the printer)
T: trans=100V -> OFF
AC: air conditioning -> LAST one to switch OFF
B1-B4: 200V electric outlets on the walls
B1: -> OFF
B2: fax(UPS) -> OFF
B3: -> OFF
B3-a,b: emergency light
B4: astronorte -> DO NOT SWITCH OFF!!
B5: astronorte -> DO NOT SWITCH OFF!!
G: generar(大元) -> DO NOT SWITCH OFF!!
16. 鍵束(A1-A7)を確認し、封筒にまとめて机の引き出しにしまっておく。
A1 は水野さん or Joaquin さんに預ける。
16) put the keys(A1-A7) in an envelope kept in the drawer of the office desk.
hand over A1 key to Mizuno-san or Joaquin-san
17. RUT (カード、パウチしたもの共に)
日本に持ち帰り、運用マネージャーに渡す

18. 木製のキーホルダーについたオフィスのマスターキーでオフィスを施錠
18) lock the office door with a master key on a wooden key ring
19. オフィスのマスターキーを日本に持ち帰り、運用マネージャーに渡す

comments: to restart the ASTE office, start from 15) and go backwards to 1)
Comment (Komugi, 2010 Jul 17) logging in to aste-ax3 may fail after ASTE office restart. in that case; aste-ax1> ssh aste-ax2 aste-ax2> sudo /etc/init.d/autofs restart
