**測定開始(JST 9:00頃)のトラブル [#v5f0ef8f]

-Aspirin monitor
--weather timeが他のtimeとズレいてる
--Aspirin status: wrong (通常はon)
--Refraction status : inactive
 
-Env mon　
--何も数値がない状態

-観測テーブルを流してもprog値が更新されず、観測が開始されない。

-aste-wx2にlog inできない


**Aspirin monitor & env monの対応 [#y6ea44a2]
aspirin及びenvともに解決。下記に作業の流れをまとめた。

-- aste-v1c でcosmos restart
--回復せず
-- aste-1sでcosmos restart all
--- restart all中aste-c1cで止まってしまった。
--コンソールサーバー tslinuxからaste-c1cのrestartを試みたがrestart出来ず。
-- lantapのoff/on後、aste-c1cが立ち上がったのを確認
-- 再び aste-1sでcosmos restart all
-- env monは回復。aspirinは回復せず。


--aste-1cでautoweathreをstop/start
--aste-v1cでcosmos restart
--weather timeとRefraction statusは復活。Aspirin statusは wrongのまま。
--aste-v1cでS99astcadacを再起動
--aste-1cでS99aspirinを再起動
--Aspirin statusもOKになった。aspirin復活。

**aste-wx2にlog inできない問題への対応 [#w6fcadf9]
--本日は、このトラブルは放置し、NROからMTKに入り実行。

**観測テーブル関係 [#a007d2c9]
以下に作業の流れをまとめた。


-- 指示書はflagの扱いが変わっている可能性があるため、save and makeをやり直した上でsend

-- prog値は更新されず、RXがexcuting(オレンジ＠local controller activity)まま進まず。

-- JST 14:00頃　土星が沈んだので、テーブルチェックのため、適当に昇っている天体(V821)のテーブルでチェックを開始。テーブル名はV8215c3.start (5x5のraster)

--去年の実績のある start.rxtに入れ替えて実行するも状況は変わらず。→start.rxtをもとに戻した。

--aste-3cにログ(log/3/mess)が出力されていない。

--ログを調査すると下記のエラーが。aste-3c向けのソケットが開かれていない。
 stderr: connect: Connection refused
 stderr: rxt_sock: Not connect with aste-3c error.
 stderr: SEND=STOP  120629083859.000

--aste-3cをrebootすることで、/log/3/mess@aste-3xにログが生成されるように。
