Tasks at Site

• Arrived at 11:10 and left 18:30 (ASTE Site).
• We meet with Joaquin Collao and Nicolas Silva at the site, they meet few minutes with Komatsu people.
• I check the roof in the generator room, I found some issues, I will try to repair next tomorrow (Check photos in Picasa).
• Check the generator:
  • Large fuel tank, Closed South 14.900L, Open North 11.700L.
  • 65098 (OFF)
    • KW (0), Charge control (Charger), Fuel (75%), Fuel Valve (open), racor filter (close).
  • 65098 (OFF)
    • KW (0), Charge control (Charger), Fuel (75%), Fuel Valve (open), racor filter (close).
• Komatsu maintenance:
  • Komatsu people made regular maintenance to 65099 generator, the 65099 it's Ok.
  • I down the big switches (65098 and 65099) in the gray box in the generator room (Check photo in Picasa).
  • Komatsu people and me start the 65099 generator.
  • 65099 (check parameters).
    • RPM (1797), Hz (59.9), V L-N (129), V L-L (223), temp °C (79), Time (2456.31 hrs), KW (0), Charge control (Charger), Fuel (75%), Fuel Valve (open), racor filter (close).
  • Komatsu people and me check the status in the 65099 generator.
    • Check the voltage in the left side box and we have ~220V fase-fase.
    • We stop the 65099 generator.
    • I up the big switch (65099) in the gray box in the generator room (Check photo in Picasa).
    • Komatsu people and me start the 65099 generator.
    • Check the voltage in the generator room, we have light, the 65099 and the electrical network is ok.
    • We stop the 65099 generator.
    • I down the big switch (65099) in the gray box in the generator room (Check photo in Picasa).
  • Komatsu people made regular maintenance to 65098 generator.
    • Komatsu people and me try to start the 65098 generator, but not work.
    • They check the generator (Check photos in Picasa), I told them about no change the long in the part indicated by Iwashita-san, they check the solenoid but discovered that this is not the problem.
    • They decide comeback tomorrow.
