※You can find appropriate OFF position Integration time and Calibration interval from HERE.
※※ Set the 'Calibration Integration Time' equal to the OFF position Integration time
※※※ Set the 'Interval' to be 15-20min by estimating the time for 1 scan. (e.g., if Total time per one map = 60min and the number of scans = 60, the time for 1 scan = 1min. Thus, 15-20min corresponds to 15-20 scans. So input 15-20 as 'Interval')
