There were issues to properly load python libraries on the pc so I resetted spyder settings to default.
Might be an issue for cv2?

We resetted the previous spyder environnement.
The unloadable libraries issues was solve by doing the appropriate pip install directly in the spyder console.
All usual python codes are working fine now.
