On-site registration

The registration desk in the Subaru building is open at 08:45 - 09:15 each day. Please come to register during this time. If you know that you will arrive after the registration time, please let us know in advance. You do not have to stop by the Guard Office.
Due to the enhanced security of the campus, most of the buildings (including the Subaru building) are always locked. We will provide a temporary security card for each participant so that everyone can enter the building. Please bring your photo-ID and receive the security card at the registration desk each day. At the end of the day, please return your security card to the registration desk.

List of accepted IDs

• 運転免許証/Driver’s License
• 写真付き職員証・学生証/Employee or Student ID (w/ photo)
• 旅券/Passport
• マイナンバーカード/Individual Number Card (Only need to show the front side)
• 住民基本台帳カード/Basic Resident Register Card
• 健康保険証/Health Insurance Card
• 写真付き各種福祉手帳/Disability Certificate (w/ photo) issued by Government Agencies (e.g. Identification Booklet for the Disabled)
• 運転経歴証明書/Driving Career Certificate (Issued after April 1st, 2012)
• 在留カード・特別永住者証明書/Residence Card and Special Permanent Resident Certificate

Banquet

The banquet will be at the COSMOS kaikan. You can join the banquet, even if you selected “attend banquet? = No” at the time of online registration. The fee is 1000 JPY for students, and 4000 JPY for others. Please pay in cash at the registration desk on site. Or wants to cancel attending the banquet? Please let us know ASAP!

For talk presenters

You can use your own PC for presentation.
We would like to upload talk presentation files to the website. Please provide your presentation file after your talk. You can of course remove items that are not suitable to be publicly open.

For poster presenters

The size limit is 90cm (width) x 153cm (height).
We would like to upload poster presentation files to the website. Please provide your poster file. You can of course remove items that are not suitable to be publicly open.
